[IN PHOTOS] Palarong Bicol 2017 Opening

LEGAZPI CITY — Amid dry and hot weather, athletes from across the Bicol Region flocked to the BU Grandstand in Daraga, Albay for the Palarong Bicol 2017. The opening ceremony was led by City Mayor Noel Rosal of the host city, Legazpi City, along with Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda, and officials from DepEd Region V. Vivid performances from different groups and schools in Legazpi, delegates from different cities and provinces, were among the highlights of this year’s opening ceremonies.
