SIRUMA, CAMARINES SUR — The opening of the 4th Congressional District Meet in Siruma, Camarines Sur was graced by different delegations and officials from across the 4th District of Camarines Sur. Also present during the opening ceremonies were CamSur Gov. Migz Villafuerte, Siruma Mayor Sandy Ondis, and officials from different municipalities and from the Department of Agriculture in the 4th District.
