NAGA CITY — The Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Naga, through its special session on Monday afternoon, passed the annual budget for 2020 totaling Php 1.4 billion.
Majority of the budget would go to education, health, environment and infrastructure.
The appropriation ordinance will be passed to Mayor Nelson Legacion for its approval.
