LEGAZPI CITY — The Professional Regulatory Commission recently released the results of the November 2018 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination which had 6,262 passed out of 13,887 who took the examinations. Among who took the exams was Norejun De Guzman Osial from Bicol University-Legazpi and John Rey Moreno Pacturanan from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College-Nabua who placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, in the top 10 following Jayvee Niere Lucero who hailed from the University of the Philippines-Diliman who topped in the said examination.
