46 out of the town’s 54 barangays reported at least 334 dengue cases from January to July of this year compared to 25 cases from the same period last year, a more than 1,000% increase.

Just this week, the Department of Health CHD Region 5 recorded more than 4,000 cases with at least 40 deaths this year brought about by Dengue.
